The Bold and Beautiful Whole Home Renovation

# The Bold & The Beautiful | Whole-Home Renovation in Upland, CA

A little drama, a lot of personality, and a complete transformation.

For this mid-century home in Upland, California, we set out to create something bold, beautiful, and functional. We reimagined the home from the inside out, blending rich colors, natural wood, statement porcelain, and warm brass accents into a cohesive design that feels both timeless and unexpected.

The renovation began by opening up the kitchen and living room, creating a better flow for everyday living and entertaining. We introduced custom cabinetry, a plaster range hood, premium appliances, and striking porcelain countertops with a full-height backsplash. In the living room, vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, a stone fireplace, and an arched built-in bring warmth and architectural character.

Every space received its own transformation, including the bathrooms, laundry room, and primary suite. Highlights include a custom-fabricated porcelain powder room sink, fluted wood vanities, and a fully customized walk-in dressing room with thoughtfully planned storage.

But this was much more than a cosmetic remodel. Behind the beautiful finishes, our team coordinated an electrical panel upgrade, HVAC improvements, a new water heater, whole-home water filtration, and new flooring and doors throughout.

From the initial floor plans and 3D renderings to material selections and construction, every detail was designed with intention and built to bring the vision to life.
