Martin Mejia
Lead Designer
Martin Mejia is a founder of MDT and growing up resided between Riverside, California and his parents’ hometown of Acatlán de Juárez, a town in Jalisco in central-western Mexico. Martin is a Framer by trade and has worked alongside his father and brothers his entire professional life. Although he is the youngest of his brothers, he possesses the leadership skills necessary to run a successful crew: encouragement, acknowledgment, and accountability.
As a young man he quickly rose to Foreman/ Crew Leader and managed over 70 employees at one time. He is heavily influenced by his Father Gilberto Mejia and because of that highly values Integrity and strong family ties. Out of these core values MDT was born in conjunction with his daughter, carrying on the legacy of family
working as one to better the community.
In his off-time Martin enjoys watching live sports events, traveling to Mexico and other parts of the world, and spending time with his beloved family.
Domika Mejia
Realtor & Customer Service
Domika Mejia is a founder of MDT and a lifelong resident of Riverside and has been a full time Realtor since 1996. Her expertise lies in Investment properties and assisting home buyers and sellers in wisely navigating an ever-changing market.
Domika is extremely knowledgeable in real estate financing and is well connected to a large network of professionals within the industry able to service clients from just about any background. She is well known for her patience and care with clients and providing unmatched customer service. Her consistent, full time career in real estate through many markets is a testament to her tenacity and willingness to overcome despite market conditions.
When not hard at work, Domika enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her family, and traveling.
Ashlee Mejia
General Contractor
Ashlee is a lifelong Riverside resident, and as the first born daughter to a Realtor and a Contractor, has spent her life immersed in all things Construction and Real Estate. Starting her career as a Realtor, she has extensive knowledge in the direct correlation between home repair and home value.
Her design projects range from floor to ceiling high-end remodels to refreshing commercial spaces and bringing artfulness and functionality together. Beyond design, Ashlee’s expertise brings value to our clients by providing efficient materials selection, constructibility, and a tight schedule that is communicated throughout the project via professionally
presented progress reports.
When not hard at work, she enjoys spending time with her teenage son, animals (to include a pig), and traveling to see new parts of the world.
Alexis Izquierdo
Project Manager
Alexis Izquierdo is the youngest daughter to Martin and Domika and was born and raised in Riverside. An avid Project Manager, Alexis is highly skilled at identifying possible roadblocks and removing them to ensure ongoing forward progress in her projects.
At her core, Alexis is a lover of people and it shows in her customer service. She is warm, kind, and takes extra care to ensure our clients have their needs met and wishes carried out.
When not hard at work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, visiting sports events, and playing soccer.
