Our Story

We grew up around homes long before we imagined building a company around them. Our father, Martin, brought us along to jobsites, where we watched him build, solve problems and see possibilities others might overlook. Our mother, Domika, built her career in real estate, teaching us that a home is both deeply personal and one of the most meaningful investments a family can make.

Those early years shaped the way we work today.

Ashlee sees the vision, with a passion for design, constructability, value engineering and precise planning. Alexis brings that vision to life, working hands on in the field and carrying every detail through construction.

Together, we built MDT around the belief that great design and great construction should never exist separately. Our role is to bring the vision, investment and construction together from the beginning, so your project is planned, thought through and orchestrated, never simply thrown together.

Martin and Domika still work alongside us today, along with a tight knit crew and trusted tradespeople we have worked with for years. We care deeply about the homes we are invited into and the experience of the people who trust us with them.
